Procedures for determining breaches of the APS Code of Conduct and deciding sanctions

These procedures outline how we determine whether a current or former employee has breached the Australian Public Service (APS) Code of Conduct. It also outlines any sanctions that may be imposed.

To comply with section 15(3) of the Public Service Act 1999 (the Act), Health has established procedures for determining whether a current, or former, Health employee has breached the Australian Public Service (APS) Code of Conduct.

We have also established procedures for determining sanctions.

These procedures are published to comply with section 15(7) of the Act.
