This is a report on the findings of the National Health and Medical Research Workforce Audit.
We undertook the audit in 2024, with the assistance of Mandala Partners, to learn about workforce demographics, characteristics and diversity of career pathways.
These findings will inform our development of the National Health and Medical Research Strategy.
