Companies are to record the serving sizes of their products in the Reporting and Monitoring Template, including:

  • products that are already under the maximum serving size recommendation
  • products which are larger than the maximum serving size recommendation
  • any changes to products between reporting periods
  • barcode or stock keeping unit (SKU) for each reported product
  • whether products are new to market or delisted since baseline
