Our Gender Equality and Flexibility Blueprint is about creating an inclusive and flexible workplace culture. We want this to be the norm, for all genders and all levels. It should not affect career progression.

The Gender Equality and Flexibility Blueprint aligns with the 4 priority areas of the APS Gender Equality Strategy. It outlines how we will achieve results in these areas:

  • Driving a supportive and enabling workplace culture.
  • Increasing uptake of flexible work arrangements by all staff.
  • Achieving and sustaining gender equality in leadership.
  • Working innovatively to embed gender equality in employment practices.
