Our 2019–20 Portfolio Budget Statements (PB Statements) tell Members of Parliament how Health intends to spend money to meet its goals.
The PB Statements help Parliament to understand the purpose of each proposed outcome by providing:
- information – what the Government expects to spend
- explanation – how the expenditure will be managed
- justification – why it’s necessary.
