Retailers wanting to advertise tobacco products for sale on their websites must comply with the Tobacco Advertising Prohibition Regulation 1993. This guide explains the regulations including:

  • the format of the ads, such as layout and colours
  • what they must include, such as health and age warnings
  • what they can include
  • what they cannot include
  • limiting access to those over the age of 18 years
