KPMG were engaged by the Department to conduct an independent evaluation of the MPS Program. KPMG has conducted a mixed-methods evaluation that is intended to evaluate the extent to which the MPS Program is:
- Appropriately designed to meet workforce needs and is the right response to workforce shortages;
- Implemented and delivered effectively;
- Contributing to outcomes;
- Efficiently utilising resources; and
- Expected to continue or is likely to continue to provide benefits into the future.
