Evaluation of the Improving Health System Responses to Family and Domestic Violence Primary Health Network Pilots – Final Report

The Australian Government funded 6 Primary Health Networks (PHNs) to run a pilot over 3 years that would support people experiencing domestic and family violence. These pilots were run in the following PHNs:

• Brisbane South
• Central and Eastern Sydney
• Hunter New England and Central Coast
• Nepean Blue Mountains
• North Western Melbourne
• Western Victoria.

The pilot supported primary care services to better recognise and respond to family and domestic violence. The Sax Institute undertook an evaluation of the pilot and produced a final report on its findings.
