Budget 2019–20: Preventive Health – supporting Australians living with epilepsy

The Government will provide $20 million towards the Epilepsy Smart Australia Program Pilot that will be delivered by Epilepsy Australia member organisations. The Epilepsy Smart Australia Program aims to reduce chronic health impacts experienced by those who have epilepsy by providing support and resources to encourage being healthy and active, to promote participation and retention in education and the workplace, and to support the health sector workforce.
