ATAGI clinical advice on hepatitis A vaccine

This resource provides advice from the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) regarding transitioning to the new hepatitis A vaccination schedule on the National Immunisation Program (NIP) from 1 July 2020.

It includes:

• key changes to the hepatitis A vaccination schedule on the NIP for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (Indigenous) children;
• specific recommendations on the use of hepatitis A vaccines in Indigenous children in the NT, QLD, SA and SA; and
• related information on the meningococcal B vaccination program for Indigenous children under the NIP from 1 July 2020.
