Alternative skills mix use in specialised homeless residential aged care services – Evaluation report

This evaluation report presents the findings into the service model and staffing skills mix of specialised homeless aged care homes. The report gives recommendations about models of care, skills mix and care minutes, monitoring and reporting.

In response to Recommendation 86, part 7(c) of the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety, we engaged Australian Health Associates to evaluate alternative staffing skills mix in specialised homeless residential aged care services.
