FOI 5175 – Various Pharmacy related documents

FOI request seeking access to substantive documents (including ministerial submissions, departmental minutes, position papers, cost-benefit analyses or other such documents) regarding:

1. the pharmacy ownership and location rules under the Eighth Community Pharmacy Agreement, that consider whether or not the relevant rules should be amended under the Eighth Agreement so as to explain the decision to retain the ownership and location rules. 
2. the co-payment indexation and discounting decision under clause 4.2 of the Eighth Community Pharmacy Agreement, that explain how and why the decision was made regarding clause 4.2. 

The relevant date range is 1 July 2023 – 3 June 2024.
