This FOI request seeks documents pertaining to the safety of puberty blockers and cross sex hormones for the treatment of gender dysphoria in young people, in particular advice from the Department to the Minister for Health or to state and territory governments since the change of Government in May 2022; medical and other journal articles and organisations consulted in preparing the advice; and copies of evaluations conducted by the Department or engaged consultants  on the 'Australian Standards of Care and Treatment Guidelines for Trans and Gender Diverse Children and Adolescents' developed by AusPATH, and on the 'Standards of Care for the Health of Transgender and Gender Diverse People, Version 8' developed by WPATH.
