Collection description
Concordance files are provided for both the 2017 and 2023 PHN boundaries to the 2021 ABS and other geographies.
The 2017 concordances are provided as these were in effect at the time of the 2021 census.
PHN boundary shapefiles can be downloaded from the Primary Health Network Boundaries webpage accessible through the Department’s Geospatial Data Hub (this includes the current geospatial data files).
