How to submit your nomination
This call for nominations has 4 parts:
- Background and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) documents
- Nomination form
- Curriculum vitae (CV) document
- Declaration of private interests form.
To submit your nomination, you must:
- Read the Background and FAQ documents.
- Complete the Nomination form, CV document and Declaration of private interests form.
- Email these to amrabsecretariat@health.gov.auby no later than 5:00pm AEST on 11 May 2025.
You are not to alter the forms in any way. We will not accept late and/or incomplete nominations.
You can submit questions on the nomination process to amrabsecretariat@health.gov.au.
