Hi you mob, Dr Mark Wenitong here.

Coronavirus has certainly changed the way we live, work, and connect.

These changes can be hard for some of us and can make us feel no good in our head or spirit, like sad or worried all the time.

Some of us might already be dealing with other things, like sickness or trauma, and this can make it really hard to feel good about anything at the moment.

If you’re feeling like this, remember, it’s okay to ask for help. Have a yarn to someone you trust like family or an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker.

You can also call Beyond Blue, Life Line or the Kids Helpline to talk to someone, or look at some helpful information at headtohealth.gov.au on the internet.
