Terms of Use for the My Aged Care Service and Support Portal (effective 01 October 2026)

By logging into the My Aged Care Service and Support Portal (Portal), you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms of Use.

Prohibited uses under the Terms of Use

Unless expressly authorised in writing by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, you must not:

• tamper with other user accounts, or commit unauthorised intrusion into any part of the Portal;
• attempt to bypass any security controls, disable a host, or use the Portal without authorisation;
• use automated tools, scripts, robots, data-scraping or data-mining processes on the Portal; or
• disrupt or impair the functionality or performance of the Portal.

The Terms of Use may be updated or replaced from time to time. If this occurs, you will be notified and required to review and accept the updated Terms of Use before you can access the Portal again.

Before you can access the Portal for the first time, you must complete the steps outlined in the Logging in to the Aged Care Systems guide.
