National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program (QI Program)

The QI Program collects information from residential aged care services on 11 quality indicators across critical areas of care that can affect the health and wellbeing of aged care home residents. This helps to monitor and improve the quality of services for older people living in residential care.
