Amendments to the NDIS Act

The Government introduced the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Bill 2026 on 14 May 2026.

2026 NDIS amendments to the NDIS Act

The NDIS Amendment (Integrity and Safeguarding) Bill 2026 was passed by the Parliament on 1 April 2026.

The changes included new laws to protect people with disability and stop the NDIS from being exploited.

2024 amendments to the NDIS Act

The National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Getting the NDIS Back on Track No. 1) Act 2024 began on 3 October 2024.
