You can apply for an assessment online and search for local aged care providers that meet your needs.

You can also call 1800 200 422 Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday, 10 am to 2 pm.

Changes to publication of room pricing on My Aged Care

On 1 July 2024 we are updating the My Aged Care service and support portal. This will change how residential care providers enter room pricing information for publication on the My Aged Care website.
