About the program
Bachelor of Nursing students must complete a minimum of 800 hours of clinical placement throughout their course.
This program supports Bachelor of Nursing students with high-quality clinical placements in the care and support sector, including:
- aged care
- veterans’ care
- disability support.
Students in the program will be supported by a program specialist clinical facilitator. All nursing students and aged care workers are encouraged to access the Aged Care Knowledge Hub, which provides free resources to help students on placement and anyone with an interest in the aged care sector.
We have contracted five organisations to deliver this program nationally.

Why this program is important
