Module 1: Understanding and adapting the Aged Care Act 2024
Understand how the aged care system will change, (including operations, processes, cultural safety, and workforce practices) to align with the requirements of the Act. This module provides a structured approach to implementation readiness, to ensure that older people, their families and carers, service providers and aged care workers can integrate changes.

Module 2: Aligning to changes
Learn how to interact with in the new aged care system, including operations, processes, and workforce practices to align with the requirements of the Act. It provides a structured approach to implementation readiness to ensure that older people, their families and carers, service providers and administrators can integrate changes. Look for this module in late June 2025.
Module 3: Embedding best practice in the aged care system
How to operate under the new requirements, embedding including daily process best practice, and ongoing compliance. Look for this module in late August 2025.
Module 4: Reflecting and Adjusting
Explore challenges, problems and solutions to move beyond the reform changes into sustainable delivery. Look for this module in mid-November 2025.
Support at Home learning
Learning Package 1: Program Overview – A comprehensive overview of the fundamental elements of the program.
Learning Package 2: Delivering Services – Module 1: Assessment process and service delivery. This explores how aged care assessments and provider obligations work. It also provides information on the Support at Home Service List and funding classifications.
