It is made up of the health department chief executive officer from each state and territory and the Australian Government.

31 October 2025 - For assistance with the Data Exchange, CHSP providers can email the helpdesk or use the Community Grants Hub contact form. CHSP providers must use the Data Exchange to record their services and generate reports.
