10 November 2025 - This webinar supported aged care providers to manage the transition to the new Aged Care Act, Support at Home program, new regulatory model and strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.

26 November 2025 - A resident can choose to move rooms. There are also times when you can ask a resident to move rooms. You need to discuss this with the resident and update their agreement, and fees if required. A resident may also choose to move to another aged care home.

23 April 2026 - Most Support at Home participants will need to contribute to the cost of independence and everyday living services. This contribution will depend on their individual circumstances. They will not contribute to the cost of clinical supports, such as nursing care. 

1 October 2025 - This webinar provided an overview of changes to financial reporting under the new Aged Care Act from 1 November 2025 for residential and Support at Home providers.

10 June 2025 - In our first webinar for 2025, Services Australia presented on Support at Home integrations, Uniting showed how AI is supporting their care services, and our CDIO spoke about the planned digital roadmap in preparation for new Aged Care Act on 1 July.

31 October 2025 - Various organisations work together to manage and monitor the Support at Home program. They ensure registered providers meet their legal responsibilities and deliver safe, person-centred services.

3 February 2026 - Each Support at Home participant receives set funding to meet their assessed needs. You can use this, alongside other funding sources, to provide tailored services. A participant may receive interim funding for a period of time under certain circumstances.

10 June 2025 - Residential aged care providers use these guidelines to find out whether they're eligible for the higher accommodation supplement and to apply.

9 March 2026 - Pricing risk assessments will help us understand common errors in financial reporting in residential aged care to improve the accuracy of pricing and policy decisions.
