20 March 2025 - Allen + Clarke Consulting evaluated the current after-hours primary care landscape, the need for primary care services in after-hours periods, and successful models of after hours service provision. The evaluation supported the After Hours Review.

16 December 2025 - You must enter into a residential aged care service agreement with a person before you can provide services. You must include certain details, provide a copy to the person, and make sure they understand and agree to it. Review the agreement as needed, and update it if you both agree to the changes.
