19 December 2023 - First Nations people can contact the Aboriginal Quitline for help to quit smoking. Call the hotline and ask to speak to an Aboriginal counsellor or request a callback. You can call between 8 am and 8 pm Monday to Friday, or visit their website any time, for culturally safe advice.

19 September 2024 - You can call the Adverse Medicine Events Line for independent, accurate and evidence-based information if you suspect that your medicine is causing a problem. This is not an emergency line. It operates Monday to Friday 9am–5pm AEST (except on NSW public holidays).
