This circular is to advise stakeholders of the publication of the interim evaluation report 2 of the Prescribed List reforms.
This interim evaluation report 2 covers the period from July 2024 to June 2025. It builds on the interim evaluation report 1, reinforcing and providing further commentary on many of the findings from interim evaluation report 1.
The interim evaluation report 2 was prepared by an independent reviewer, following feedback from the Prescribed List reform Evaluation Advisory Group and other stakeholders.
