This circular is to advise stakeholders of the publication of the final evaluation of the Prescribed List reforms.
The final evaluation report covers the period from July 2025 to July 2026. It builds on the baseline evaluation report, interim evaluation report 1 and interim evaluation report 2. The final evaluation report updates the analysis using revised data and targeted changes to findings and recommendations, and provides an assessment of the reforms’ overall effectiveness and impact over the four years from 2021-2025.
The final evaluation report was prepared by an independent reviewer, following feedback from the Prescribed List reform Evaluation Advisory Group and other stakeholders.
