The Private Health Insurance Legislation Amendment Rules (No. 6) 2026 (the Amendment Rules) make consequential changes to Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirement) Rules 2011. These reflect changes commencing from 1 August 2026 to MBS items in the General Medical Services Table (GMST) and Pathology Services Table (PST).
