The Cost Recovery Implementation Statement (CRIS) for the administration of the Prescribed List of Medical Devices and Human Tissue Products (PL) provides information to the medical devices industry and other stakeholders on how the department implements cost recovery for the administration of the Prescribed List to comply with the Australian Government Charging Framework and Cost Recovery Policy.
The 2026-27 PL CRIS is now available at Cost Recovery Implementation Statement – Administration of the Prescribed List.
Public consultation for the 2026-27 Draft CRIS was undertaken from 18 May to 8 June 2026, and the final CRIS includes a summary of stakeholder feedback and responses from the department.
