Stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on the draft Cost Recovery Implementation Statement (CRIS) 1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026 for Administration of the Prescribed List of Benefits for Medical Devices and Human Tissue Products (the Prescribed List).
This draft CRIS provides information on how the department will administer cost recovery arrangements relating to the Prescribed List for the 2025-26 financial year.
The draft CRIS also provides information on financial and non-financial performance, upcoming legislative changes, and financial forecasts for 2025-2026 and three forward years.
The CRIS was last updated on 26 June 2024 to report the financial and non-financial results for the 2023-24 financial year.
Stakeholders can submit their feedback to PLcostrecovery@Health.gov.au by Friday, 6 June 2025.
The final CRIS document will include a summary of the feedback received from stakeholders.
