The delegate of the Minister for Health has made the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Rules (No. 2) 2019 (the Rules) to repeal and replace the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Rules (No. 1) 2019.
Schedule 1 to the Rules is commonly known as the Prostheses List.
The Rules have been registered on the Federal Register of Legislation and come into effect on 1 July 2019.
