PHI 37/26 Release of final 2026-27 data specifications for the HCP, HCP1, HCP2, GT-Dental and PHDB data collections

The 2026-27 final data specifications for collections under the Private Health Insurance Act 2007 will apply from 1 July 2026. The documents can be accessed at: 

• Hospital Casemix Protocol (HCP) – Hospital to insurer
• Hospital Casemix Protocol – Inpatient (HCP1) – Insurer to department
• Hospital Casemix Protocol – Outpatient (HCP2) – Insurer to department
• General Treatment Dental (GTD) – Insurer to department
• Private Hospital Data Bureau (PHDB) – Hospital to department
