Stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on the draft July 2026 – 30 June 2027 CRIS for Administration of the Prescribed List of Benefits for Medical Devices and Human Tissue Products (the Prescribed List).
This draft CRIS provides information on how the department will administer cost recovery arrangements relating to the Prescribed List for the 2026-27 financial year.
The draft CRIS also provides information on financial and non-financial performance, upcoming legislative changes, and financial forecasts for 2026-2027 and three forward years.
The CRIS was last updated on 30 November 2025 to report actual financial and non-financial results for the 2025-26 financial year.
Stakeholders can submit their feedback to PLcostrecovery@Health.gov.au by Monday, 8 June 2026.
The final CRIS document will include a summary of the feedback received from stakeholders.
