As part of the Department’s on-going work to enhance functions in the Health Products Portal (HPP), data from the Prostheses List Management System (PLMS) has now been migrated to HPP and is available for sponsors to view.
After signing into HPP, medical devices sponsors will see a tile for “PLMS migrated data” under Services.
Sponsors will be able to search on application number and product name to find historical data.
Sponsors are asked to report any problems with finding data in HPP to HPP.Support@health.gov.au so we can help you. Feedback will also be helpful towards improving access to historical data in HPP.
PLMS will be de-commissioned early in 2026 and sponsors will no longer be available to access historical data via PLMS after 20 February 2026.
