The grants provide flexible funding to eligible Support at Home providers delivering aged care services in thin markets. They will help ensure older people can access Support at Home services at reasonable prices, regardless of where they live, their background or life experience.
A total of over $311 million will be available in 2026-27.
Providers may be eligible if they deliver either:
- rural and remote services in Modified Monash areas 3 to 7
- specialised services in any region.
There are 2 available funding streams:
- rural, remote and specialised services
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander services.
You can still apply if you received funding in earlier rounds of these grants.
You may need a valid Specialisation Verification for aged care services to claim funding. Gathering the required documents can take time, so we encourage you to plan now.
