The Advisory Council provides advice on the performance of Commission functions to the:
- Aged Care Quality and Safety Commissioner
- Complaints Commissioner
- Minister for Aged Care and Seniors.
Members have a broad range of skills and expertise. The Minister for Aged Care and Seniors appoints members on a part-time basis for up to 4 years.
Submit an application before 11:30pm AEST on 14 July 2026.
