Funding for the Continuity of Support Programme
The Australian Government provides funding to Continuity of Support (CoS) Programme providers. The CoS Programme provides funding under 2 sub-programs. CoS providers need a funding agreement before you can deliver services.
About CoS Programme funding
The CoS Programme provides funding under 2 sub-programs:
- block-funded activities
- Individual Support Packages (ISP)
For information on how funding works for each of these sub-programs see:
This manual is for CoS Programme service providers. It outlines the requirements supporting the delivery and management of the CoS Programme and forms part of the Funding Agreement for service providers.
These guidelines form the basis of the relationship between the Department of Health and the service provider. They provide an overview of the CoS Programme and its related activities, performance management and reporting
These terms and conditions form part of the Continuity of Support (CoS) Programme Funding Agreement and apply to the delivery of CoS Programme services.
When you become a CoS Programme service provider, you enter into a new funding agreement with the Australian Government.
CoS Programme funding agreements are managed for the Department of Health by the Department of Social Services Community Grants Hub.
