Aged Care Means Assessment Forms
We cannot accept aged care means assessment forms. These must be submitted to Services Australia. Any submissions received will not be forwarded on.
Fee advice letters
We cannot access aged care records to resolve fee issues. Care recipients with questions or concerns about their fee advice letters should contact Services Australia.
