National Relay Service

If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment, you can use the National Relay Service to access any of the department's contact phone numbers. The service is available 24 hours a day from anywhere in Australia.

If you are d/Deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech/communication difficulty please:

  1. Contact us through your preferred NRS call channel detailed on NRS call numbers and links.
  2. Provide the NRS with our phone number 1300 366 356.
