Role
The Quality Use of Pathology Committee:
- oversees the strategic direction of QUPP
- provides expert advice to the Australian Government on pathology quality initiatives under the program
- provides expert advice that may inform the department’s consideration of funds for pathology quality priorities
- promotes awareness of the quality use of pathology.

The committee includes pathology professionals, scientists, medical practitioners, tertiary education representatives, pathology consumer representatives and representatives from the department.
