    The Flexible Approach to Training in Expanded Settings (FATES) program funds non-general practitioner specialist medical training activities. It aims to improve distribution and supply of specialist medical training in regional, rural and remote areas of Australia.

    Governments have committed to deliver additional supports in the community for people with disability outside of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). These are known as ‘Foundational Supports’

    The General Practice in Aged Care Incentive supports older people living in residential aged care. This will help them receive quality primary care services from their regular provider and practice.
