This page lists diseases that states and territories have agreed to report to us through the National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System.

Legislated list

The National Health Security (National Notifiable Disease List) Instrument 2018 (NNDL) contains the legislated list of nationally notifiable diseases.

The National Health Security Act 2007 underpins the NNDL and our disease surveillance and reporting activities.
