Our related work

Be You

Be You provides educators in early learning services and schools with information, advice and support. This helps them teach children and young people skills for good social and emotional development, work together with families, recognise mental ill-health and refer them to appropriate support.

Care for Kids' Ears

The Care for Kids’ Ears program helps families, educators and health professionals recognise and prevent ear disease in First Nations children. Order or download Care for Kids’ Ears resources for free. The site is managed by the National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO).

Child Dental Benefits Schedule

Learn about the policy work we do to support Australia's National Oral Health Plan through the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). The schedule covers part or all of the cost of some basic dental services for eligible patients.

Connected Beginnings

Connected Beginnings prepares Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children for school. The program supports both children from birth to school age and pregnant women. It aims to close the gap in school readiness and education outcomes for children and non-Indigenous children.

Digital mental health services

Digital mental health services offer free or low-cost online and phone support to Australians in need. These services are important for those who might not otherwise seek support, are in a crisis, or live in rural areas. Find out how to access support.

Get Up & Grow

The Get Up & Grow program developed resources that help parents and educators to make sure children eat healthy foods and are physically active, so they grow up healthy and strong. The resources are available in multiple languages.

Medicare Mental Health

Medicare Mental Health can help you find the care that is right for you. Whether that’s through the website, by phone, or face-to-face.

National Best Practice Framework for Early Childhood Intervention

Early experiences shape a child’s future health and wellbeing. This is especially true for children with delays or disabilities. Helping them early with quality, tailored support gives them the best chance to thrive. Our new national best practice framework shows what good support looks like.
