Enterprise Agreement (EA)
Following a ‘yes’ staff vote, our enterprise agreement for 2024–2027 was approved by the Fair Work Commission on 18 January 2024. This new Enterprise Agreement 2024–2027 came into effect on 25 January 2024.
Salaries and super
We offer:

- specific salary bands to recognise the skills of Public Affairs Officers, Medical Officers, Legal Officers and Research Scientists.

Leave
Our generous leave conditions, include:
- annual leave – 20 days per year
- personal or carers leave – 18 days per year
- a scheme where you can purchase additional leave
- cultural leave for the purpose of attending significant religious or cultural obligations

- allowing employees to donate blood during work hours without taking leave.
Healthy workplace
