About the webinar

With the introduction of the new Aged Care Act 2024 and Higher Everyday Living Fee, it’s important to know about the services you should receive and those that are optional in aged care homes.

Aged care homes are responsible for providing essential care and services to their residents. These are outlined in the Residential Care Service List.

Homes may also offer a range of everyday living services that are optional and over and above essential services.

This webinar is designed to help give you a better understanding of the differences between essential and optional services that you may receive if you move into an aged care home.

A webinar recording will be published on this webpage following the webinar.
