If you have COVID-19 you need to isolate for at least 7 days and until your symptoms go away and ask people you live with to isolate and monitor for symptoms too.

Phone or text anyone you’ve seen in the past few days, to let them know you have COVID-19.

If you used a rapid test, let your State or Territory know your results.

Rest, drink water and eat well.

If you can, order groceries or medicine online or get friends to drop them round.

If you are worried about your symptoms, or if you have other health conditions, call the National Coronavirus helpline or speak to your healthcare worker.

Remember call 000 for emergencies like if you are having trouble breathing, have chest pain or feel faint.
