Third report on key performance measures for the Seventh Community Pharmacy Agreement

Key Performance Measures (KPM) for the Seventh Community Pharmacy Agreement (7CPA) were developed as an evaluation framework enabling the Government, the pharmacy sector and the community to assess impacts of the 7CPA, based on the available evidence, and whether objectives and health outcomes have been achieved effectively and efficiently under the 7CPA. The KPM were developed in collaboration between the Department and key stakeholders including the Pharmacy Guild of Australia, the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia, the Consumers Health Forum of Australia and the National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation.
