Statement of Intent (SOI) – 5 March 2026

Regulators respond to a Statements of Expectation (SOE) with a Statement of Intent (SOI). This SOI outlines how it will deliver on the Minister's expectations.

This Statements Statement of Expectation Expectations (SOE) and Statement of Intent (SOI) concern six eight regulators of the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing. All report to the Hon. Mark Butler, Minister for Health and Ageing, and Minister for Disability and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
