Residents’ Experience Survey

Tell us about your aged care

We want to hear what you think about the care you receive. Tell us in our survey.

How it works

  1. A small number of residents are chosen at random to do the survey.
    Taking part is your choice.
  2. If you’re asked to do the survey, we will ask for your permission first.
You can choose to end the survey anytime if you change your mind.
  3. The survey will take 10 to 30 minutes.
  4. Your name will not be linked to your responses.
No one at your aged care service or the Australian Government will know if you take part.
  5. The survey can be completed in paper format, as an< individual or in a group discussion. You can have a support person with you like a family member or friend. We can also arrange an interpreter if you want to speak in language.
  6. Your cultural needs will be respected, valued and supported if you take part in the survey.

For more information, yarn with the carers at your aged care service or email the survey team at RES@acna.org.au.
